Where do I even begin? Maybe, I'll start with Lara, as we met her first. We were looking to move from Montclair to Lafayette, so we could take advantage of the wonderful schools. Lara was hosting an open at a house we were looking at. She was the perfect blend of knowledgeableness and host; never tailing us to point out the good, but always there to answer a question. Imagine your favorite barista knocking your frapachino out the park and you've got Lara. Then there's Ben, we met Ben mostly after we purchased our home (Sue was our agent). He's been so good about helping us re-learn about the area (I actually, grew up in Lafayette , yikes); I went to him seeking a reference for local insurance agents and also had a long talk about ways to decrease on our energy bills. Then there is Sue, the matriarch of the team. In so many ways, she has been so great. As I said, she was our agent and what a pleasure it was. She took the time to figure out what we were looking for and then she lined them up for us. She helped us navigate our offer and was sharp as a razor during the counter offer and closing. We ultimately found a home in Lafayette that we will absolutely love, will raise our kids in, and grow old and be happy. It's been eight months and we still are in contact with one another. In the Olsen Team, we found realtors and friends. My wife actually calls Sue one of her bff's. I would recommend that team to my Mom.
