Sue has been recognized as a top producing agent for decades and has sold many hundreds of homes in Lamorinda since 1977. Prior to finding her calling in real estate, Sue was a Registered Nurse and a Nurse Educator in Los Angeles. Sue is involved in the community with Moraga Education Foundation, Moraga schools, and many other local charities. She is also a past board member and past president at Moraga Country Club. |  |  Lara has worked with Sue since 2002, and brings terrific energy and organization to the team. The skills she learned during her career as a CPA and audit manager at a top accounting firm shine through in her excellent management and communication skills. Lara and earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Designation in 2009, to allow them to provide the same level of quality and care to homeowners at risk of losing their homes to foreclosure - an unfortunate but growing trend in Lamorinda. Lara graduated from Miramonte High School and UCSB, and spent many years in San Francisco before moving to Lafayette. She now lives in Moraga with her husband Scott, their daugther Avery and their son Cade. |  |  Ben joined the team in 2003. In addition to working with clients, he acts as the team project manager for sellers that are updating and staging their homes. His computer industry background proves a big help in navigating the ever increasing technical aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Ben has also taken an interest is the green building movement, earning an EcoBroker designation, and attending Build it Green classes to earn the Certified Green Building Professional Designation. Ben also has attended the West Coast Green conference in 2006, 2007 & 2009. He also occasionally attends the monthly East Bay Green Drinks event, The Green Rheem Movie series, and the Lamorinda Green Drinks events.
